Each year, Kuehne & Nagel makes preparations for the Peak Period to support timely delivery of our Customers goods.
In the coming weeks, further details around last sending dates to enable delivery prior to Christmas will be communicated.
Additionally in 2024, the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts has reinstated limits on the movement of freight through Sydney Airport.
While our network teams will be working to process all consignments as efficiently as possible, the reinstatement of the curfew limitations may impact next day deliveries for some eCommerce & parcel consignments as volumes increase towards the end of the year.
To assist with reducing potential delays, it is recommended to lodge eCommerce & parcel orders as early as possible as well as consider utilising Express or Premium services where available
Areas anticipated to experience congestion include Western Australia, regional NSW, Adelaide & Canberra.
